Do not use earphones often. They can easily destroy one’s hearing if the sound is played too loud. Once the hearing cell dies, it cannot come back. We only have a finite amount of healing cells.

Eat plant-based whole foods daily. Meat can be substituted with legumes, beans, peas, tofu, etc.
