• Do not use earphones often. They can easily destroy one’s hearing if the sound is played too loud. Once the hearing cell dies, it cannot come back. We only have a finite amount of healing cells.

     

  • Eat plant-based whole foods daily. Meat can be substituted with legumes, beans, peas, tofu, etc.

    Avoid deep fried foods. They require lots of antioxidants to neutralize their oxidizing effects.

  • Practice Trembling Hands exercise daily to improve chi circulation and to age well. Shake the hands up and down at 4 to 5 hertz. Move the hands up and then down in a circular motion. Perform 10 circular motion
