Start the day with a routine of 6 rituals that take about 3 min

  1. First, Before getting out of bed, stretch in bed 3 to 4 times. Stretching is good for the flexibility.
  2.  Second, lay on the side and be in a fetal position and embrace your bent legs with your arms and exhale several times until the “stable air” is expelled out.
  3. Third, rub the face with both hands in a circular tai chi sign motion until the face is warm. This increases the blood flow to the face.
  4. Fourth, massage your ears. There are many acupuncture points on the ear. Massaging the ear will improve the health of the entire body.
  5. Fifth, strike the back of your neck with a closed hand, hard enough to feel the vibration of the head.
  6. Sixth, comb your hair until the entire head is combed thru. This improves circulation to the entire scalp. These six rituals will help you to have less colds and flus.
