Compile a list of 10 things that you can do to decrease your stress level. Examples include playing a music instrument, journaling, go to the gym, listening to music, talk to a confidant, meditate, cook, jog, playing video game, paint, get a massage, watch a movie, read a book, gardening, cleaning, etc. When stressed, pull out the list and work through these activities one by one until the stress is gone.
