Drink no soda or alcohol drinks. Alcohol is harsh to the brain cells. Soda is nutritionally poor.
Hydrate with warm or hotter than warm water. Hotter than warm water has the same temperature as the temperature in the stomach and is not taxing on the stomach. The person drinking only hotter than warm water will age less because the internal body is not assaulted with cold temperature liquids.
Drink hotter than warm ginger tea in the morning daily if the person experiences cold feet or hands, menstrual cramps, or seasonal allergies.
